Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. In cases where free shipping was offered, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount. If the return is due to an error from our side (such as a wrong or damaged product), we will bear all shipping costs.

Certain products such as personalized items, clearance products, or items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
